Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before food preparation begins.

Once food preparation has commenced, cancellations may not be possible.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

• Incorrect order delivered.
• Missing items.
• Significant quality issues verified by Makarem.
• Duplicate payment transactions.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider.
